No call no show : To ensure I can give my best to every client, a strict no-call no-show policy is in place. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice: * First Occurrence: A 50% charge of the scheduled service will be applied. * Second Occurrence and Beyond: The full amount of the scheduled service will be charged, and I may require prepayment to book future appointments. Please respect my time by notifying me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients on the waitlist.
